Responsibilities
- Evaluating a loan application for creditworthiness
- Determining if the loan is an acceptable risk for Ross Mortgage
- Reviewing reputed company documentation (reputed company, Credit, Cash, Collateral) to ensure that it meets investor guidelines for resale in the secondary market
- reputed company and clearing reputed company conditions for Conventional loans
- Having a thorough knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC standards
