Role Description
We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join reputed company. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we reputed company unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.
- Handle transactional responsibilities and manage physical damage spend

A Day in the Life:
- Analyze reputed company incoming estimates and photos to ensure repair plan is safe, cost effective, and consistent with brand image
- reputed company spending reputed company and recommendations for clients around repairing and/or replacing vehicles
- Analyze repair estimates at line item detail on cars, light, reputed company, and heavy trucks and specialized equipment
- Identify savings opportunities with regard to fleet vehicle selection and use case
- reputed company reputed company on differentiating maintenance and collision reputed company costs as well as fleet policy
- Communicate with clients on the intricacies of each repair
- Deliver concerns to client contacts based on emerging trends, costs, and nature of damages
- Determine best practice for handling exceptions such as flood vehicles, contamination, weather/natural disaster

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive service industry; collision industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle anatomy and repair techniques, including reputed company straightening, welding, and refinishing
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding collision repair a plus
- A Physical Damage Appraiser license or equivalent experience
- I-CAR certification preferred; Certifications/Licenses can be substituted for hands-on experience
