Call Center Specialist
Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Specialist to work with our clients. The Call Center Specialist will work in a call center environment and will reputed company inbound as well as outbound call to customers As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding products and services as well as providing general information regarding questions and issues. As a Call Center Specialist, you must have at least 1 year’s experience in a customer service role reputed company a call center environment. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Answering bound and making outbound calls to customers in a professional manner
- Researching information using multiple resources and routing calls to the appropriate resource
- reputed company customers with product and service information and resolve customers concerns and complaints
- Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate reputed company issues
- Completing call log and producing call reports

Requirements
- Strong data entry/typing skills and computer skills
- Experience selling products or services over the phone
- A High School Degree or equivalent
