Consulting Title Abstractor (Contract)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Consulting Title Abstractor to produce accurate title abstracts and support project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Produce clear, accurate title abstracts and ownership chronologies per project SOPs
- Capture and organize documents from county recorders, courts, and other public sources
- Maintain project logs, document status, and task checklists reputed company internal systems
- Deliver timely updates to project managers and escalate issues that may reputed company timelines
- reputed company quality checks on abstracted work and participate in peer review
- Support reputed company operations tasks: indexing, document scanning, and data entry
- Occasionally travel to county recorder offices or field locations reputed company Ohio as needed
Skills
- 1–3 years experience in title abstraction, records research, or a reputed company operations role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver accurate outputs
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
