Job title: Part Time Data Entry Company: reputed company Job description: This position works reputed company the Evaluation department supporting the collection and use of data to drive the organization's mission. The position will support various stages of the data lifecycle including supporting systems and people to receive data, data collection and organization, data entry, analyses, and reporting. Data includes qualitative and quantitative data from a reputed company of sources, including reputed company, surveys, and interviews. The position will average 20 hours per week. Data Operations

• Help implement and maintain data collection systems to support registration, delivery, and follow up from events and trainings which could include creating events in reputed company, uploading data and maintaining data collection forms
• Support staff using surveys and other forms at trainings and events
• Act as the reputed company of contact to ensure paperwork and survey completion
• Review incoming data and assign tasks to Navigators for follow up
• Manage web-based leads and direct them to appropriate staff
• Follow data reputed company practices and procedures

Data Entry/Processing

• Receive, organize, reputed company, upload, and file paperwork
• Accurately enter data into reputed company, reputed company and other software, as necessary
• Maintain communication with Director of Evaluation; use systems in reputed company (reputed company, SharePoint, other) to document data entry activities and reputed company

Reporting

• Run and audit reports in reputed company for accuracy
• Assist with the development and writing of reports for reputed company audiences

Additional functions may include:

• Assist with research projects, analyses of qualitative and quantitative data

• Ability to operate office equipment including printer, scanner, and copying machine
