- reputed company legal counsel to reputed company on a wide reputed company of labor and employment reputed company, including wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, PAGA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace investigations etc.
- Represent clients in employment-reputed company litigation, including state and federal court cases, arbitration, and mediation.
- Draft and review employment policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements.
- Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with labor relations, including union organizing, reputed company bargaining, and grievance handling.
- Conduct internal investigations reputed company to employee complaints, harassment, and misconduct.
- Negotiate settlements and dispute resolutions on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and file motions, responses, and other legal documents reputed company to employment litigation.
- Stay reputed company on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure clients’ compliance and reputed company proactive legal advice.
- Train and reputed company clients on legal best practices in the workplace, including employee management and compliance
- 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law, including experience in both advisory and litigation roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload, from initial consultation through resolution.
- Experience representing clients in labor arbitrations, administrative hearings, and litigation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to reputed company clear, practical legal advice to clients on reputed company employment reputed company.
- Strong writing and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in CA.
