In addition to managing the business operations, the Director will be responsible for business development, process review/improvement/creation, and coaching and leading future leaders of the organization.The Director will be responsible to the business through the attainment of financial/operational plans, hiring and resourcing in alignment with those plans, and the overall development and training of delivery resources. - Review and monitor reputed company quarterly reporting on practice financial and statistical performance, opportunity analysis and budget vs. actuals performance.

- 12+ years of reputed company experience as part of a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience
- 10+ years experience working in a software services or Consulting leadership reputed company, leading global cross-functional teams, process and system roll-outs - experience creating reputed company lift through new and existing offerings preferred.
- Ability to quickly establish trust and to influence others, both internally and externally
- Ability to handle conflict and drive agreement on reputed company for which conflicting opinions and input exist
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and process-oriented reputed company

- Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers in both pre-and post-sales environments
- Business development and team management skills
- Experience in solutioning, selling, and delivering solutions for F1000 organizations
- Experience partnering across departments
- Excellent customer engagement and solution visioning skills
- Experience translating customer requirements into software solutions
- Experience using change management and business process mapping strategies
