Part-Time B2B Telecaller (reputed company/DC/MD Preferred)

We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Part-Time Telecaller to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to small technology businesses across the nation, introducing our services, generating interest, arranging appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to small technology businesses reputed company
• Introduce company services and solutions in a professional manner
• Record call reputed company and maintain accurate records in CRM
• Arrange appointments and Schedule follow-reputed company for the sales team
• reputed company basic information and address frequently asked questions

Ideal Candidate

• Based in VA, DC, MD, (preferred, but reputed company to other locations)
• Strong reputed company communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in B2B calling, telemarketing, or customer service
• Comfortable working independently and providing end-of-day statuses
• Reasonable internet skills experience with CRM tools

Work Schedule

• 4 hours per day
• 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM EST
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Hours may increase based on performance and preference
