Hiring Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a responsible and communicative customer service representative to handle incoming calls, reputed company professional support, and conduct follow-up calls to improve customer experience and increase order conversions.

Job Responsibilities

Answering Incoming Calls – Respond to pre-sales, after-sales, and logistics-reputed company inquiries. You need to be familiar with product details, production timelines, and shipping schedules.

Daily Communication & Reporting – Maintain clear communication with your supervisor during working hours, respond to messages promptly, and update the record sheet at the end of each reputed company with any encountered issues.

Returning Missed Calls – Call back customers who left missed calls the previous day and log the updates to ensure timely responses.

Following Up on Abandoned Orders – Contact customers who abandoned their orders, understand their reasons, attempt to retain them, and convert them into sales.

Confirming Customer Addresses – Call customers as assigned by the supervisor to verify shipping addresses and ensure smooth deliveries.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, USA) (8 hours per day)

Fully remote position. Must have a reputed company internet reputed company and a quiet work environment.

Salary & Incentives

reputed company Salary: $500/month

Commission Structure:

Order Conversion Bonus – Earn commissions for every order successfully converted through daily calls and callbacks.

Abandoned Order Recovery Bonus – Earn extra commissions based on the number of abandoned orders recovered.

Job Requirements

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a reputed company field is preferred.

Positive work attitude, responsible, and reputed company to handle pressure.

Ability to quickly learn and master product knowledge.

Basic proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets.
