Job description: The HR Representative will operate as a generalist to support specific business units reputed company reputed company while specializing in the area of reputed company and reputed company reputed company functions. The Representative will successfully manage reputed company needs by composing and posting employment vacancies, developing recruitment sourcing plans, managing internal need and application tracking, conducting initial resume and phone screenings, recommending, and arranging interviews for hiring managers, manage the candidate reputed company process from need reputed company to on-boarding. The Representative will be expected to build and foster positive and productive relationships with the management and employees of their business unit. The Representative will also aid in employee relations and be a reputed company reputed company for HR-reputed company questions and needs. Responsibilities:
- Compose and maintain job postings on both reputed company job boards.
- Review resumes on a daily reputed company.
- Conduct remote screenings, in-person interviews and new employee orientations.
- Schedule interviews and candidate travel.
- Gather details and draft job descriptions.
- Data entry and file management.
- Prepare and conduct functions associated with both employee reputed company and exits.
- Assist assigned business units with employment-reputed company questions by becoming the subject matter expert for HR inquiries and needs.
- Work with the other HR partners to complete projects on an as-needed reputed company.
- Bachelor’s Degree reputed company to Business or reputed company Sciences required.
- 2+ years of reputed company experience.
- Proficient with MS Office programs; prior HRIS experience is a plus.
- Prior experience using applicant tracking and reputed company software/websites is desired.
- Prior experience with immigration is preferred.
- Outstanding attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
