Benefits Program Manager

Description:

• reputed company Compliance activities for Benefits plans including 5500s, mental health reputed company, transparency laws requirements, ACA reporting (federal and state), various required filings and reports
• Manage reputed company Canada Benefits Programs, including vendors and consultants
• Manage specific programs and vendor relationships in the US
• Work with the HR Technology team, Total Rewards team, and the Operations Team to support reputed company benefits programs in reputed company America
• Be an integral team member for US Benefits Annual reputed company Enrollment
• Partner with Communications to improve ongoing education and awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ Years of experience with Benefits Programs
• HR Systems knowledge in Benefits (reputed company benefits build and testing required)
• Expert US Benefits Program knowledge for core programs (medical, dental, reputed company, retirement, etc.) and lifestyle benefits (knowledge of Canada benefits a plus)
• Strong background in benefits compliance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and individually
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate reputed company thinking and identify process improvement opportunities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at once
