Job Description
This unique position will assist with many departments and will link our Customer Service departments and other departments reputed company the company, to reputed company customers with a one-person contact to reduce transferring calls from department to department.
The position entails, but not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls, and emails for requests from customers and technicians
- reputed company alarm systems on test
- Change/update data information from client (in multiple systems)
- Assist with account setup and programming
- Assist with selling products and ordering products requested from customer (prmotions and marketing)
- Other duties assigned by the operations manager
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and communications skills (and writing)
- Excellent computer skills in reputed company office
- Data Entry experience is a must
- reputed company to answer multi-line phone system reputed company 3 rings
- Multi-task and manage varies software systems
- Work independently
- Medical Terminology is helpfu, but not required
