Job Summary

This position is accountable and responsible for dosing daily anticoagulation medications, which includes altering dosages for procedures or other conditions that arise effecting therapeutic reputed company. He or she will reputed company through motivational interviewing, including teach-back of disease processes, medications, and risk factors which are unique to each patient. He or she might secure follow-up appointments to rehab, remote tele-monitoring or a support clinic, reputed company sure medications are available, or inquire of available resources for things such as food or transportation. He or she must participate in decision making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in the clinic setting as well as those with utilizing tele-monitoring in the home setting. He or she must partner with the patient to create a successful long-term wellness plan. Coverage of radiology and ancillary cardiovascular departments may be required. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.

- One year experience in hospital or reputed company health care setting (e.g. student in CCD)
- CPR certification or must obtain at next available class upon hire. Other advance life support may be required by unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- At least one-year experience in an area with cardiovascular patients.
- Mathematical calculations and medication preparation and administration.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively and tactfully communicate with patients and their families and guests, co-workers, managers, providers and other hospital personnel on a one-to-one reputed company using appropriate grammar, vocabulary and word usage.
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to carry out duties in a professional manner, as well as the ability to work well under stress.
