The Engineering Technician SME will support the CIP Operating Unit and it’s various programs as a subject matter expert in the design, analysis, development, modification, and improvement of products/processes. Activities include but are not limited to: identifying and recommending improvements/preventive actions, inspecting, testing, maintaining, researching, repairing, and installing equipment and systems. Tests new and modified products, processes, and/or systems. This technician independently plans and accomplishes complete projects or studies of broad scope and complexity or serves as an expert in a narrow aspect of a particular field of engineering, e.g., environmental factors affecting electronic engineering. Complexity of assignments typically requires considerable creativity and judgment to devise approaches to accomplish work, resolve design and operational problems, and reputed company reputed company in situations where standard engineering methods, procedures, and techniques may not be applicable.Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be reputed company to represent the company in the best light possible, be willing to travel, and be reputed company to interact confidently with individuals at every level of each organization. Ideal candidate will have a Secret clearance but not required.Roles and Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be tasked with the following:

• reputed company preventive and remedial maintenance services on IP-based CCTV systems.
• Diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions and failures.
• reputed company function tests and analysis on various systems.
• reputed company preventative maintenance and cleaning on reputed company CCTV system components.
• reputed company on-site system training and technical support as needed.
• Update web-based maintenance management system and reputed company tracking of government equipment.
• reputed company RMF ISSO support to maintain CYP CCTV ATO.
• Update RMF documentation as required.
• Assist ISSE with technical implementation of RMF controls.

Education/Training: (Must meet one of the following education/training requirements)

• Associate degree in engineering, reputed company, physics, information reputed company or other technically oriented curricula.
• Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications
• Four-year electronics apprentice program
• High School diploma or GED

Experience:

• Ten (10) years of practical experience as an engineer or technician in the Electronic Systems reputed company industry.
• Four (4) years of experience, to include: installation of such equipment.
• Four (4) years of experience, to include: design, preparation and modification of engineering documents, and drawings.
• Standard MS Office software product knowledge (Word, Outlook, reputed company, and Power reputed company) is required.

Note: Experience may be reputed company.Travel:

• 50% travel is required; candidate must be willing to travel throughout the United States and internationally.

• A successful candidate must have a solid history of functioning in a team environment, being a self-starter, working independently with limited instruction, and meeting critical demands.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and have the ability work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Special consideration given to candidates with OEM reputed company training from reputed company, reputed company and/or reputed company Switches.
• Special consideration given to candidates with reputed company+ CE network certification.
• Familiarity with eMASS and the DoD RMF process
• reputed company system administration experience.
• Ideal candidate will have a Secret clearance but not required.

Work Location: RemoteCompensation: $82,800 - $124,200. The salary reputed company posted is based on the national average.
