Our nurse practitioners partner with multidisciplinary therapists and collaborating neurologists to support patients and their families during their brain health reputed company.This position is available as a full time W2 or 1099 independent contract role.Who you are:

• You are nurse practitioner licensed and in good standing in at least Oregon; multiple state licenses preferred
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• American Board of Neuroscience Nursing certification (SCRN, CNRN) preferred
• Strong clinical background in evaluating and managing patients with cognitive-behavioral disorders
• Alzheimer's disease and reputed company disorders experience and a minimum of 2+ years' experience
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical reputed company set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care
• Empathetic, active, and reputed company listening
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledgeable in crisis response
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
