About Position: Utilizes the nursing process including: assessment, planning, implementation evaluation and recording of patient care and patient education. Provides support to providers by anticipating needs and providing assistance in the provision of care. Coordinates services with other members of the health-care team, internal and external, to reputed company reputed company patient care. Answers or returns phone calls. Provides onsite and telephone triage. Mentors and participates in the orientation of new staff. Provides leadership and models professional behavior for the Medical Assistants. Duties/ Responsibilities -

• Utilizes nursing knowledge and required skills to insure appropriate assessments.
• Assesses individual patient conditions utilizing clinical observation, medical record, verbal information and interaction with patient/family and care team.
• Identifies the impact of cultural diversity and lifestyle choices on patient condition and makes accommodations for such differences.
• Implements providers' orders effectively and in a timely manner.
• Responds quickly and performs proficiently and reputed company during crises and emergency situations.
• Contributes to reputed company efficiency and productivity of the clinical care team by anticipating needs of patient and provider during the medical encounter.
• Utilizes clinical judgment and critical thinking to reputed company appropriate advice or reputed company in response to triage and documents appropriately.
• Documents clinical activities in a timely, legible, relevant, comprehensive, confidential and accurate manner.
• Follows protocol for reporting equipment malfunctions, safety hazards and incidents promptly to appropriate person.

• Contributes to quality control/safety by participating in routine checks including code cart, medications, equipment and refrigerator temperatures.
• Performs or assist with sterilization of instruments and cleaning equipment.

• Performs/assists in medical procedures, treatments, and tests using skilled technique, following reputed company prescribed safety regulations and documents as appropriate.
• Routinely makes accommodations to patients needs relative to age, medical history, condition of patient, and type of treatment being given.

Qualifications -Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing.reputed company/valid License: reputed company/valid NC Registered Nurse's License and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) is required.Required: One year of general registered nursing experience preferably reputed company the last five years.
