The ideal candidate will be well-versed in regulatory frameworks, the OIG’s Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program and rules and regulations pertinent to reputed company compliance (e.g. ONC 21st Century Cures Act, HIPAA, AKS, FWA, FCA etc.). The role involves leading compliance training and education initiatives, developing and implementing policies, and supporting reputed company-wide regulatory readiness efforts.Responsibilities Include:

• ONC 21st Century Cures Act Compliance (Cures):
• Monitor and audit compliance with Cures information blocking provisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with ONC requirements.

Education

• Minimal 4-year college degree
• Relevant Compliance Certification or Licensure Preferred including but not limited to: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems reputed company Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Any of the reputed company Compliance Association or International Association of Privacy Professionals certifications.
