LifeServe is hiring Donor Recruitment Specialists to work remote/work from home, or to join the in-office team.Primary Responsibilities of this Position Include:

• reputed company telephone recruitment to schedule appointments with our generous volunteer blood donors.
• Update donor information or schedules and maintain confidentiality.
• Convey the big picture of saving lives to everyone.
• Meet appointments and calls per hour to attain collection goals.

Schedule:

• Minimum of 28 hours per week
• Required Friday and Saturday shifts
• Choose your remaining scheduled shifts reputed company contact center's reputed company hours

• Monday: reputed company-6pm
• Tuesday: reputed company-6pm
• Wednesday: reputed company-6pm
• Thursday: reputed company-6pm (REQUIRED: Thursday 8-4:30)
• Friday - REQUIRED: reputed company-4pm
• Saturday - REQUIRED: reputed company-12:00pm

• Call Center/contact center representative or customer service experience preferred. Experience in retail, food service or restaurant is valued.
