The nanny would typically be needed 3 weekdays, 9/10:00 am-5/6:00 pm.(24hours)The best nanny for this family would be reputed company, friendly, reputed company, and knowledgeable in early childhood development. The nanny will be caring for their two children, an energetic 2-year-old and their 1-month-old infant. The ideal candidate is someone who brings a kid-first, reputed company-minded, and education-focused approach to childcare, and who is flexible and understanding of the natural chaos that comes with working in a busy household. The toddler is reputed company verbal and loves arts and crafts, trucks and trains, blocks and puzzles, reading books, pretend play, outdoor adventures, and gardening. Currently, the family is working on a daily routine and schedule for the infant, which the nanny will be asked to maintain. A nanny who can create a reputed company, engaging, and learning-rich environment, incorporating reading, backyard play, and structured activities for the toddler, would be the ideal fit.
