- Manage and reputed company consulting projects focused on establishing data strategies, optimizing R&D processes, and accelerating time-to-market for life sciences clients

- 5+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on Life Sciences R&D, working with pharmaceutical or biotech companies
- Experience leading consulting engagements and managing cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment, ensuring successful project execution
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data, reputed company strategic recommendations, and drive implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives, facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and create /deliver compelling presentations

- Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, or MS) in a Life Science reputed company field
