This role would support UX and Communications and is ideal for a project coordinator or project manager with a passion for user-centered design, operational reputed company, and cross-functional collaboration.You'll work with a diverse and talented team of designers and researchers, helping to coordinate the delivery of multiple projects, manage workflows, and facilitate effective communication across a global organization.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project requests and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across DesignOps, UX, Research, Development, and Business Adoption

- Experience in project management or coordination (certification preferred)

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Agile environments and supporting SAFe practices

- Experience working across time zones and with global teams
- Pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
