Join us.Job Descriptionreputed company Tishman is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support our exciting technology client. This position will reputed company APM support across the 5 boroughs of NYC and Westchester. The Construction Assistant Project Manager assists in overseeing and managing reputed company aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating contractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring that reputed company specifications and requirements are met, and adhering to budgets and timelines.Job Description:

• Under moderate supervision assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks.
• Employee receives moderate to limited supervision working from objectives set by supervisor. Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training. Employee handles some unusual situations independently.
• May interact with Superintendents to address project questions/issues.
• Assists with and monitors change orders
• May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
• Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project reputed company budget and in conformance with contract.
• Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to reputed company information reputed company up-to-date and accurate.
• Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
• May reputed company technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies.

• BS Engineering, Construction Management or reputed company curriculum and 2 years of relevant reputed company construction experience or A/AS (US) + 4 years of reputed company experience or HS/GED + 6 years of reputed company experience or demonstrated equivalent of experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Desire to work and learn in an MEP environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in interiors mechanical/electrical construction, renovation and retrofitting in reputed company construction.
• Mechanical experience and MEP.
• Prior experience in submittals, meeting minutes, project scope and scheduling.
• Ability to interact with many tiers of management on an active construction site.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience working in critical environments.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams).
• Procore experience.
