• Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
• Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments
• Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem
• Works with either reputed company supervision or under reputed company defined procedures

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Shift:

• The reputed company shift will be Monday-Saturday 10AM-7PM CST. Off days will be every reputed company and then either Tues, Wed, or Thurs during the week. Week day off day is set but will be determined during training based on the needs of the business.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience with Financial Crimes/ Fraud is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in high volume Call Center Environment
