Job Summary
As a Customer Support Agent – TurboTax Product Expert, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking guidance on our TurboTax products and tax return software. - Minimum commitment: Required to work at least 20 hours per week; flexible to work more as desired
- Support system: reputed company with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assistance during live calls and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to act as your reputed company
