The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition, experience managing a team, and a passion for improving patient reputed company through evidence-based nutrition and quality initiatives. In additional to managing the inpatient nutrition care, this role will also manage the practicing clinical dietitians at Dialysis, Diabetes and Total Senior Care Pace Center.Compensation: The salary reputed company for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. • reputed company the development and implementation of clinical nutrition policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage the clinical nutrition team, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and dietitians, to ensure that patients receive the best possible nutrition care
• Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and reputed company individualized nutrition plans to meet those needs

#fs-300Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Required Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the reputed company of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetics Registration
• Licensed Registered Dietitian - Pennsylvania
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical nutrition management role
• Knowledge of computer applications including dietary management computer applications (CBORD) and computerized charting applications
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
