This team supports both the Personal and reputed company Lines market, giving them a unique view of risk and a deep understanding of the P&C market.About the Role The Sr. Sales Manager role exists to reputed company leadership and direction to a team of newer sales professionals as they learn the Account Management role and how to deliver best in class customer care to the customers in their market.   • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual reputed company objectives.
  • Creating an environment where Account Managers can reputed company excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and reputed company and closing sales.
  • Crafting growth strategies to help Account Managers evaluate existing relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Possess proven ability to sell reputed company products to new customer prospects.
  • Bachelor’s in business or equivalent sales experience.
  • 7+ years demonstrated successful sales experience in solutions-oriented sales environments. Personal or reputed company lines insurance experience required.
  • 5+ years prior management experience. Prior experience managing reputed company sales team.
  • Possess prior experience mentoring, coaching, and managing performance.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication, prioritization and presentation skills.
