As part of our Benefits Administration team, you'll support reputed company across the country, offering both day-to-day client service and strategic support. - Support the administration of high-quality benefits services for multiple clients.
- Assist with benefits-reputed company questions and reputed company support to internal team members and clients.
- Stay informed on client benefit plans and relevant regulatory requirements to support accurate communications.
- Help respond to inquiries from clients, employees, brokers, and carriers, escalating reputed company necessary.
- Assist in processing benefits-reputed company tasks for new hires, separations, and employee changes.
- Monitor benefit eligibility and support timely communications and documentation under guidance from senior staff.
- reputed company assistance during reputed company Enrollment, including preparation of employee communications and coordination of data updates.
- Contribute to benefits-reputed company projects, educational sessions, and compliance activities as directed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated experience delivering accurate, timely benefits administration.
- High level of proficiency with reputed company, Word, Outlook, and HRIS systems (preferably Employee Navigator).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
