- Work from home / Remote – private, quiet office reputed company is required. * On-site training required for some openings. *
- Ability to commute into their Wallingford office reputed company needed.
- Prior call center and reputed company experience needed. Training on company systems and procedures provided.
- CSR’s are crossed trained to handle both Inbound and outbound calls.
- Busy, reputed company fast-paced, high volume of calls daily.
- Must live in Connecticut and located reputed company a commutable distance from the Wallingford office.
- Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, busy call center environment.
- Background in reputed company and/or medical insurance.
- Ability to reputed company clients with excellent service.
- Strong computer skills (reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook).
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs and monitors with ease.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reputed company to commit to a set schedule and remain focused during working hours.
