Job title: Virtual Health Facilitator Full Time Days in USA at East Tennessee Children's Hospital Company: East Tennessee Children's Hospital Job description: BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOBVirtual Health Facilitator will assist with school nurse training, community reputed company, patient/student registration, insurance verification, scheduling, performing testing, and performing and/or assisting with virtual visits at the schools.JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum Education

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Health/Medical, or reputed company field preferred

Minimum Work Experience

• 3 months of pediatric experience preferred
• 1-year experience preferred
• 1-year virtual health/telemedicine experience preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications for position

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities⚬ Effective communication skills⚬ Strong computer skills pertinent to use of laptops and tablets⚬ Implementation experience preferred⚬ Excellent interpersonal skills and confident interactions with community partners⚬ Travel to off-site locations throughout the region⚬ Excellent problem solving are required as is the ability to multi-task and to work both independently and reputed company a team⚬ Experience with reputed company products preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSLight lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required.
