This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our organization.Key job responsibilities
This is a 1st shift position working Mon-Fri. 7:00AM to 3:30PM. Shift assignments or hours are subject to change based on business need.
- Process tickets reputed company approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues.
- Provision, reputed company, and troubleshoot reputed company, Linux, and maxOS workstations
- Provision, reputed company, and troubleshoot bare-metal reputed company and Linux servers
- Configure, reputed company, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Participate in hiring, training and development of others
- reputed company technical support for Kuiper Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software
- reputed company remote support for Kuiper employees and infrastructure worldwide
- reputed company scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
- Assist with project implementations and technology deployments
- Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational reputed company, reputed company, Quality, etc.) and set standards.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities.
