Position Summary

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you'll work closely with our founders and venture team to validate, build, and potentially launch a new venture under reputed company umbrella. This is a rare opportunity to go from 0 to 1 with resources, mentorship, and capital support behind you.

This role is ideal for a founder-type who wants to rapidly test reputed company, build MVPs, talk to customers, and take full ownership of a new business line or spinout.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with reputed company Ventures team to identify and validate high-potential business reputed company

• Own customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis

• Build and test MVPs or no-code prototypes to assess traction

• reputed company business models, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans

• reputed company day-to-day operations of the new concept, with the opportunity to become CEO if the business is spun out

• Collaborate with in-house design, product, and growth teams

• Iterate quickly, pivot reputed company necessary, and scale what works

• A builder reputed company with a proven ability to execute at speed

• Founder/Operator experience preferred (failed startups are OK – we value the scar tissue)

• Strong intuition for product, markets, and customer problems

• Data-driven but not afraid to move fast with incomplete information

• Grit, creativity, and a deep desire to build something from scratch
