Job title: Field Service Engineer in Englewood, CO at reputed company & Associates Company: reputed company & Associates Job description: Field Service EngineerLocation: Travel required across USA, Canada, Mexico, and potentially international locations Compensation: $39.87 - $59.80 per hour (OT eligible + site premiums)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Service Department, supporting the inspection, evaluation, repair, and maintenance of material handling and mining equipment installations. This role serves as both a hands-on technician in the field and a key technical resource for office and engineering teams. You will help identify and implement solutions for equipment performance, recommend and reputed company spare or replacement parts, and ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.This position is reputed company due to the planned retirement of a long-time team member and includes a robust reputed company process with an expected learning curve of approximately 3+ years.Key Responsibilitiesreputed company remote and in-office technical support reputed company to material handling and mining equipment.Conduct on-site inspections and create detailed site reports with operational recommendations.Evaluate assembly and installation methods to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Recommend and assist with sourcing of spare and replacement parts for equipment systems.Liaise professionally with customers and internal teams to ensure technical needs are met.Communicate customer feedback to engineering and suggest product improvements.Promote and maintain a safe work environment across reputed company projects and client interactions.Suggest updates to technical drawings and documentation reputed company required.Report on customer activities, service reputed company, and sales opportunities.Represent the company with professionalism and technical reputed company on-site and off-site.Follow reputed company company policies and procedures while executing duties in the field or office.Travel RequirementsTravel required 40%-50% of the timeTypical site assignments reputed company from 1 week to 3 weeks, followed by home-based timeMust be flexible with domestic and occasional international travelNo travel restrictions permittedQualificationsMinimum 5 years of field experience with construction, repairs, and inspections of bulk material handling and/or mining equipmentStrong understanding of mechanical equipment, field instruments, and system performanceProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, work plans, and schematicsComfortable with troubleshooting and offering technical recommendationsProficient in MS Office and technical English communicationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plusWork EnvironmentWork is performed at mining and industrial sites, often in remote locationsMay require extended stays at job sites and weekend work during key project phasesField conditions may include exposure to weather, machinery, and physical activityIf you're a mechanically minded problem-solver with the flexibility to travel and the desire to grow into a specialized, high-impact role, we encourage you to apply.
