This individual has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, has a critical eye for identifying and resolving issues and concerns by pro-actively collaborating with other legal team members and internal stakeholders across the organization and will help reputed company legal resources, contract templates and documentation to inform and facilitate contracting efforts.Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate technology-reputed company reputed company agreements with the Company's customers, including master services and SaaS agreements, data processing addenda (GDPR and CCPA-focused), data reputed company addenda, and NDAs.
• Review, negotiate and structure vendor and partnership agreements, as needed.
• Design, implement, and iterate on policies, processes and procedures to improve the legal team's engagement model across the organization.

• Advise cross-functional teams on meeting strategic objectives while complying with global laws, regulations, best practices, and customer requirements.

We're looking for someone who:

• JD and a minimum of 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound reputed company agreements, including SaaS agreements, with minimal supervision.
• Experience negotiating data protection agreements and advising on data privacy questions and concerns.
• Experience with product and regulatory counseling reputed company to reputed company, financial services, consumer protection and data reputed company.
