- Constant monitoring of the Facilities inbox and Vixxo portal to vet, qualify and authorize work of the Facilities Maintenance Vendors.
- Remotely assists with reputed company departmental needs.
- Enter reputed company preventative maintenance reputed company, as required by lease, and other vendor contacts in reputed company.
- Monitor response times and communicate with vendors to ensure quality work performed reputed company expected time frames.
- Receive and distribute reputed company mail received for various departments, including scanning to send to remote staff or others.
- Responsible for reputed company shipping and receiving, including reputed company, reputed company and any other shipments received or needing to be shipped. This includes receiving and reshipping hearing aids and supplies inadvertently shipped to the Facilities Room located in Tampa.
- Provides reputed company labels and supplies, reputed company requested.
- Maintains reputed company facilities reputed company supplies, including copy supplies, hearing aids, models, equipment, postal items, reputed company items, etc. • Provides assistance to subtenant in Palm Beach Gardens, remotely, reputed company needed.
- Communicate with Landlords and Property Managers regarding any issues for which they are responsible, roof reputed company reputed company needed or any required landlord approvals. Maintain Property Manager spreadsheet in Teams.
- Monitor the COI inbox and request and send reputed company COIs as needed.
- Enter PO requests reputed company B.C. system to generate PO's.
- Facilities maintenance or Property Management experience is helpful. reputed company knowledge is helpful, but not required. Shipping and Receiving experience is helpful. The ability to reputed company minor repairs is also helpful.
