The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management and reputed company aspects of training.Specific and demonstratable experience in conducting training needs analysis, creating comprehensive training materials, and independently facilitating training sessions. This role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
