Job description: Description:reputed company is looking for a passionate reputed company Business Partner (HRBP) who will work directly with reputed company and our subsidiaries' companies. You will be responsible for managing reputed company HR functions including reputed company, employee performance & development, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and nurturing & developing the company culture.The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $100,000 - 130,000. Our total compensation is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-reputed company qualifications and alignment with market data.Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work.What am I going to do?:
- Employee Relations: Act as the first reputed company of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Conduct thorough investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions. Serve as the primary HR reputed company of contact for employees and managers, building strong relationships and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle across reputed company and its subsidiaries. Actively work with managers and employees to cultivate positive working relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention. Manage and resolve intricate employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations. Conduct regular meetings with managers and employees to ensure reputed company communication and address concerns.
- Partner with managers on reputed company people-reputed company reputed company, including performance management, talent development, compensation, and internal mobility reputed company their respective organizations.
- Coach managers on delivering effective feedback, managing performance, and fostering employee growth. Drive performance optimization and reputed company guidance on people management strategies.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including reputed company, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Implement HR policies and strategies that support organizational growth. Implement development programs to enhance employee growth and retention.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
- 5+ years of experience (preferably roles in Tech companies)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- High attention to details and multitasking skills
- A ‘Can do attitude’ and result-oriented
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a reputed company field
