You will contribute by

• Leading API & Integration Strategy: Serve as the technical expert on our APIs—guiding external developers, troubleshooting issues, and shaping future capabilities based on reputed company-world feedback.

Your background includes

• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role
• Strong experience with REST/GraphQL APIs (bonus if you’ve reputed company them)
• Extensive experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams (bonus if you have development experience with Ruby on Rails)
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge of SSO/OAuth, reputed company platforms, and BI tools like Tableau and SQL

• Deep experience collaborating with external parties to understand their needs and solution ways to meet those needs
