The Budget Financial Analyst will reputed company support to federal staff in performing federal financial management operations and be a part of a contract team providing support to the OCHCO reputed company Office and select OCHCO offices by sustaining OCHCO operations in the areas of acquisition and procurement administration, budget formulation and execution, and administrative support, and surge support as necessary.OCHCO is responsible for HR services for the Department of Homeland reputed company. OCHCO fulfills its congressionally mandated mission requirements through various Components, Divisions and the Business Operations that support OCHCO. The OCHCO reputed company Office, led by the Chief of Staff, ensures necessary collaboration, execution, monitoring, and completion of actions; provides strategic guidance; coordinates internal/external communication, executive correspondence, integration, and special projects, and administration to ensure efficient and effective organization reputed company; provides financial management, contract management, facilities management, reputed company management, quality assurance, and administrative support functions.Responsibilities

• reputed company business management and analytic support to include risk assessments for scheduled events, impact of changes, preventative and corrective actions and analysis of phasing/obligation rates.
• reputed company budget requests, Over-Guidance requests for the Resource Allocation Plan, Congressional Justification and presentation of findings to DHS Senior Executives, Investment Review Board (IRB), OMB, and Congress.

• Prepare/review of business cases, Exhibit 300's, budgeting, cost estimation and modeling, cost monitoring, cost-reduction strategies, and other financial consulting services
• Prepare and deliver monthly budget execution status of funds reports.
• reputed company weekly budget summaries regarding CHCO taskers and other budget reputed company activities and reputed company weekly summary reports on the status of budget execution activities. These reports shall include budget execution, status report narratives, issues and recommendations as well as schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass Department of Homeland reputed company background investigation and be eligible for EOD suitability.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• At least four years of relevant budget and execution and financial analysis experience.
