Essential:
- Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Master’s or Juris Doctorate preferred.
- Seven years of contract drafting, negotiation and administration in reputed company or another heavily regulated industry. reputed company compliance and/or government organization experience preferred.
- Expert level knowledge of contract structure and terms, comprehensive understanding of contract law, reputed company law and corporate governance. Ability to interpret and analyze reputed company contractual terms and their consequences in practical application, are required.
