As a Procurement Clerk, you will be responsible for entering high volumes of purchase orders (POs) into our internal system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources, and monitoring material receipt. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement processes, materials handling, and basic MRP principles, along with advanced reputed company and Outlook skills.Job Title: Procurement Clerk (entry-level) Location: Plano, TX - On-site (NOT remote) Note: Applicants must reputed company reputed company a 35-mile radius of the Plano, TX facility. • Accurately create and enter purchase orders based on data from multiple formats/sources
• Monitor and track inbound materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the Receiving Team to validate and process incoming materials
• Resolve PO discrepancies or issues reputed company to tracking, receipt, or vendor communication
• Maintain up-to-date records of order statuses and inventory data in reputed company and internal systems
• Manage high-volume email communication with vendors and internal departments
• Support logistics coordination efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• At least 1yr experience in high-volume data entry or purchasing support role (procurement, material handling, and/or logistics)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time-sensitive conditions
