This role involves providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership to ensure efficient and effective end-user support across the organization. The ideal candidate will reputed company in managing IT operations, implementing best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment for both users and technical staff.Responsibilities:
- reputed company and reputed company IT support services for approximately 1,800 users, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality end-user experiences.

- Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of system software, hardware, and other reputed company.
- Create, standardize, and maintain self-help and technician knowledge reputed company articles for improved efficiency and accessibility.

- Supervise and coordinate tasks for contractors and the internal End-User Support Team.
