THE POSITION

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Foreclosure Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be capable of drafting reputed company motions, handling court appearances, and working closely with clients, court personnel, and opposing parties. We are looking for a dedicated, proactive individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Appear in Supreme, Surrogates, and Federal Court to argue motions, handle oral arguments, and participate in mediations, reputed company integral to the successful completion of foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and other reputed company default services reputed company.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, investors, and adversaries to ensure timely reputed company and resolution of foreclosure cases.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with court personnel to effectively manage case timelines, filings, and procedural requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
