- 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in or for software houses
- Proven expertise in using AI-driven recruitment tools and staying reputed company of sourcing innovation
- Solid hands-on experience in platform sourcing (reputed company, reputed company, Dribbble, etc.) and Boolean search
- Deep understanding of the software house hiring landscape — how it moves, scales, and evolves
- A proactive, improvement-focused reputed company and readiness to challenge the status reputed company
- Ability to work independently and with full ownership
