Finance Process & Project Manager to reputed company initiatives that drive operational reputed company across our global finance function. This role will focus on optimizing finance business processes, enhancing internal controls, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and supporting SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will also play a central role in managing cross-functional finance projects, from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and system enhancements reputed company the finance function.

• Ensure robust documentation of reputed company finance processes and internal controls, maintaining process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and RACI matrices.

• Support SOX readiness and ongoing compliance, including control design, testing support, and remediation tracking.

• Manage finance-reputed company projects, including, process set-up and improvements and regulatory changes, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.

• Track KPIs and process performance metrics to measure reputed company and continuously identify areas for improvement. Contribute to design and maintenance of finance operational dashboards to track process KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and monitor control effectiveness.

• Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or finance project management roles. Experience with big-4 is a plus.

• Strong understanding of finance operations, internal controls, and key business cycles (P2P, R2R, O2C).

• Hands-on experience with internal controls (SOX controls is a plus), documentation, and compliance processes.

• Solid project management skills, with the ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
