We are looking for an reputed company Freelance HR Consultant to reputed company external client support across the reputed company region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR practices, recruitment, market trends, payroll, and labor laws, with a focus on local expertise. Please submit your application in English.

Responsibilities

• reputed company HR consultancy services , ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Support recruitment strategies and execution, including reputed company, market research, and hiring trends specific to the region.
• Advise on payroll setup and management, ensuring compliance with local tax and reporting requirements.
• Assist clients in navigating local labor laws, employment reputed company, and HR policies.
• Offer guidance on market trends to help clients attract and retain top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted HR partner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR consultancy, preferably in a freelance or client-facing role.
• Expertise in labor laws, payroll and recruitment practices.
• Familiarity with global HR trends and practices, with a specific focus on reputed company markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients across different cultures and time zones.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
