Hi, we're reputed company. We're hiring a reputed company, Member and Provider Services to join our Service Operations team.

You will be an expert on production team workflows and drives goals and KPIs for the team of support staff to meet business objectives while providing coaching and leadership. You will partner with stakeholders to identify and reputed company workflow improvements to enhance efficiencies for the team.

You will report into the Senior Manager, Member and Provider Services.

Pay Transparency

The reputed company pay for this role in reputed company other locations is: $54,000 - $70,875 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

• Hire and manage a team of reputed company colleagues with direct responsibility for performance management, their growth and development, and associated HR administrative tasks
• Manage your team's reputed company, monitor dashboards, and track operational KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis and constructing action plans reputed company issues arise

• 2+ years experience in a fast-paced operations or customer service environment
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• 2+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience in LEAN practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Lean Six reputed company or Process Improvement certification
• Bilingual (Spanish - read, write, and reputed company)
• Prior reputed company and/or insurance experience
• Advanced reputed company Suite or reputed company Office capabilities
• 2+ years experience solving reputed company inquiries
• 1+ years managing projects
• Experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, reputed company the reputed company pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
