We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the reputed company platform, who can understand both the reputed company setup, large amounts of customizations, and business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The reputed company Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing reputed company aspects of a reputed company project. Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts / Systems Analysts, other technology Developers / Solution Designers to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals

• Rich understanding of customizations and the ability to audit, recommend, improve, and/or update customizations for best practice alternatives

• Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
• Sandbox environment management
• DevOps/release management experience
• Experience performing QA on pre-release and implemented change sets for validation

• Identify unused or underutilized platform features
• Contribute to a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
• Own the communication and documentation of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
• Data management to improve reputed company data quality and reputed company, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Proactive system maintenance including reputed company Reviews, Release Updates, Health reputed company, and Optimizer
• Monitor and improve user adoption reputed company User Experience exercises and review
• Technical documentation

• BS in Computer Science or relevant field
