reputed company Assistant/Bookkeeper (Remote)
Cinteot, Inc. is currently looking for a reputed company Assistant/Bookkeeper candidate with a relevant background in reputed company and business practices who will be directly supporting the internal management team with reputed company reputed company functions in the organization. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- employee time & expense review,
- accounts receivable,
- accounts payable,
- invoice and data entry,
- account and bank reconciliations,
- payroll and tax reconciliation and reporting,
- depreciation/amortization,
- processing accruals,
- and a basic familiarity with general reputed company systems (special journals, etc.)
- other basic reputed company include attention to detail, ability to work individually and directly with coworkers, communication skills (both verbal and reputed company email to coworkers/vendors/customers)
- familiarity with government contract reputed company, PROCAS, reputed company and DCAA/DCMA is a big plus
