What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be at the core of customer support, field operations, and business coordination. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Resolve Guest Queries: Handle reputed company client inquiries with speed, reputed company, and professionalism, ensuring each guest receives a world-class experience.
• Coordinate Operational Teams: Plan and optimize daily task schedules for field associates based on task location, reputed company, and client needs.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Ops, Customer Care) and external partners to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues reputed company.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

3+ years of experience

in customer service (BPO experience), operations coordination, back-office support, or a reputed company field.

Experience in previous Team leader or Supervisor roles

where you've had to take escalations and customer compensation reputed company.

Experience in reputed company planning or task scheduling

is a strong plus.

Strong communication skills

– both written and verbal.

Comfortable using digital tools and systems

(CRM, task management software, etc.).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
