The Head of University Partnerships will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with universities and educational institutions in the US to co-create and promote innovative programs in AI Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and colleges.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and propose collaborative programs.
• reputed company reputed company strategies for engaging with academic institutions.
• Manage and reputed company partnership activities and events.
• Act as the primary liaison between Interview Kickstart and partner institutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program offerings based on feedback from partners.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with significant experience also considered.
• 5+ years of experience in partnership development or business development, particularly in educational settings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build rapport at reputed company reputed company.
• Proven track record of successful relationship management and strategic partnerships.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
